The story

Alchemy Restaurant and Bar offers a unique Australian dining experience, positioned on the Brisbane River with an atmosphere of relaxed elegance inspired by the exquisite cuisine and spectacular views. Head chef Brad Jolly has trained under Marco Pierre White, Eric Chavot and Jamie Oliver, and has taken four first-place titles in the La Chaine des Rotisseurs in Paris.
