The story
Antica, meaning 'ancient' or 'in the manner of the ancients'. Our flagship pizzeria and kitchen pays homage to the style and principles of making traditional Napoletana-style pizza. Our story starts in 2012, when Luca & Mike pioneered Australia's first mobile pizza oven on a vintage Volkswagen Kombi. With our Kombi, 'Pizzantica' took to the streets of Brisbane, making the finest quality Napoletana-style pizza for people of all walks of life. Recognised for quality, it wasn't long before our fans were calling for a permanent fixture to enjoy their favourite dough.
