The story
"A memorable moment in contemporary italian fine dining." Chef Dario Manca's degustation menus are drawn from his own history: the Giro d'Italia menu is eight dishes over five courses tracing the Italian regional cooking of his heritage and early career, while the twelve-dish, seven-course Oltre menu comes out of the Michelin kitchens he worked in across the UK, Europe and Australia.
