The story

Queensland Museum Kurilpa describes its job as sharing "Queensland's stories with the world" and bringing "the world's stories to Queensland". It holds the state's cultural and natural heritage collections and the research behind them, and puts them out across permanent and touring exhibitions, First Nations programs, a research library open by appointment, and SparkLab — the hands-on science centre aimed at 6 to 13 year olds.
