The story

Stanley's philosophy is centred around great food, friends, fishermen and farmers. Inspired by Head Chef, Louis Tikaram's travels across the globe and grounded by his local roots, Stanley's menu showcases some of the best seafood, meat, vegetables and fruit in the world. Stanley's ethos combines the best produce, most sourced locally, with traditional Cantonese flavours. The menu has been designed to be shared and enjoyed family style, encouraging you to laugh, drink, eat and enjoy the flavours as they have been for hundreds of years.

Adelaide Street, Eagle Street, Ann Street and Brunswick Street are the closest bus stops. HSW has its own CityCat ferry terminal on the F1 route. Central Station and Fortitude Valley Station are the closest train stations.
