Book online; the venue strongly recommends booking in advance and 7-14 days ahead for weekends. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your climb. Group bookings by calling 1300 CLIMBS (1300 254 627). Pregnant participants up to 20 weeks can climb, at their own risk and wearing a safety harness throughout.

The story
The Story Bridge Adventure Climb is a guided climb to the summit of Brisbane's heritage-listed Story Bridge, reaching 80 metres above the Brisbane River. Children aged 6 and over can climb with a parent or guardian, and every Sunday the Sunday Funday deal offers 50% off all child tickets. Day, Dawn, Twilight, Night, and Full Moon climbs run daily, rain or shine. All safety equipment is provided. The venue has also made history as the world's first wheelchair-accessible bridge climb, using a motorised stair-climber wheelchair customised for the Story Bridge.

Listed at "FROM A$150.00 PER PERSON". "Welcoming climbers from 6 to 96 years old, including those with mild disabilities." The whole experience takes approximately 1.5 hours including briefing, safety demonstration and the climb route. Climbers must be at least 6 years old and over 1.1 metres tall, and under 130 kg for the safety equipment. All climbers over 18 are breathalysed to ensure a blood alcohol level below .05%.

Billed as the world's first wheelchair-accessible bridge climb, using a motorised stair-climber wheelchair customised for the Story Bridge. The climb accommodates up to nine participants including one wheelchair user, and a minimum of three supportive companions — three group members help manage a guide rope while climb leaders operate the wheelchair.
