Tickets to shows are sold through the venue's own events listing. For a table in the beer garden, the venue asks you to email admin@thetriffid.com.au with the subject line "BOOK A TABLE". Cashless venue. Under 18s are not admitted to live room shows unless the show is announced as all ages; under 18s are permitted in The Triffid Garden until 10pm accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian.

There's limited street parking around Newstead or you can pay for parking at the Gasworks. Paid parks are from 7am-7pm, and unmarked spots are generally 2 hours free parking. The Triffid doesn't have its own car park on premises, so those looking for wheelchair parking will need to park on the street in the surrounding area.
It's a 100m walk to the Commercial Road CityGlider bus stop that provides high-frequency, 24-hour transport on Friday and Saturday, and 18-hour services from Sunday to Thursday. There's a cab-rank on Commercial Road, a 100m walk away.
