The story
The hotel is "One of the oldest hotels in Brisbane and for many years known as The Pinkenba Hotel, or more commonly 'The Pink'", with "a history stretching back more than 100 years" and a recent refurbishment across the bar, bistro and rooms. Its restaurant, Myrtle's Bistro, is "Named after Pinkenba's neighbouring suburb, Myrtletown, (the local lemon myrtles and our original hotel location)".
